Parental Consent

Return Policy
30-Day Unconditional Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchase from us return the product in it's original condition and packaging, within 30 days of purchase, to receive a 100% refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping). If it was our mistake, we will refund the entire purchase price including shipping plus pay for the return shipping. Unless the product was shipped defective, we cannot accept any custom or personalized products.
Call 1-888-ELB-USA1 to request a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number plus shipping instructions before returning the product back to us. The RMA number MUST be clearly displayed on the shipping label. Any package returned without a clearly displayed RMA number will be refused.
NSF Checks
A $27.00 service fee will be charged on all checks returned due to non-sufficient funds.
Wire Transfer
A Fee of $10.00 will be charged.
Shipping Time
Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. Product may be shipped prior to the 2-4 week period.
Shipping & Handling
ELBusa Promotions ships via UPS ground, unless otherwise stated Phoenix, AZ USA. UPS requires a street address. Alternate delivery is available upon request via UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, USPS, DHL or Federal Express. Certain areas may not be served by any of the express carriers. PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE SHIPPING TIME TO YOUR DESTINATION. We cannot guarantee "carriers" delivery time and are not responsible for orders lost in transit.
